The path
Dr. Robbie Adell has worked at nearly every level of education. His career began behind the wheel of a school bus and in a classroom for students with special needs. It carried him all the way to the superintendent's office of an urban school district. Today he prepares the next generation of leaders in a college setting.
Why this work
Dr. Adell started Leadership Integration Solutions to give back what thirty-six years of leadership taught him. Those lessons carry into churches, nonprofits, and businesses as naturally as they do in schools. He wanted every organization he serves to receive guidance matched to its real needs. Every plan is built around your organization, with services chosen to fit your goals and your budget.
